Transaction alerts are locked to a $1 minimum with no maximum cap. Whale and price move logic stays server-side via XNOVA_ALERT_WHALE_USDand XNOVA_ALERT_PRICE_PCT. Users cannot edit alert routing or thresholds from the app.
